Periodontal Excellence Transformation Program Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms of participation in The Periodontal Excellence Transformation Program delivered by Dr Dip Malde.

By participating in this programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following
terms:

1. No refund policy
   The program runs a strict no refund policy.
   Alternative arrangements will be considered for those with genuine valid reasons for not being able to start or complete the program. These arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. Intellectual Property
   All lectures, presentations, recordings, templates, documents, and educational materials provided during the programme are the intellectual property of Dr Dip Malde and The Teethkeeper Ltd.
   These materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of the registered delegate.
   They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
3. Educational and Clinical Responsibility Disclaimer
   All content, templates, and resources shared during the programme are provided for educational purposes only.
   Delegates remain solely responsible for their own clinical decisions, professional judgement, and any information shared with patients. The Teethkeeper Ltd and Dr. Dip Malde accept no responsibility or liability for any clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or use or misuse of programme materials.
4. Data Protection
   Personal information including your name, email address, and contact number will be collected for internal use.
   Delegate information will be stored securely and used only for programme delivery and educational purposes within the cohort, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
5. Indemnity
   By participating in this programme, delegates agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Teethkeeper Ltd and Dr. Dip Malde from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the delegate’s use or application of any information, resources, or materials provided during the
   programme.
6. Requirement for CPD
   CPD certificate will be issued on completion of the online content of the program.
